We use Pappou’s fresh-pressed olive oil, produced in the Kalamata region in Greece, in practically all our preparations (from starter to dessert), but also an abundance of vegetables, garden herbs and spices from the region to ensure freshness and entice natural flavours.
The majority of our dishes follow the Chef’s family recipes, passed down from generation to generation.
